LIABILITY WAIVER: I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself and my student(s) including, but not limited to, any personal injury, illness, disability, death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind (collectively, the claims), that I or my student(s) may experience or incur in connection with their attendance and participation in events at Grace Community Church HHI. On behalf of myself and my student(s), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Grace Community Church HHI, their employees, officers, agent representatives, and volunteers of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, negligence of Grace Community Church HHI, its employees, officers, agents, volunteers, and representatives, before, during, or after Tracy's Camp Retreat. On behalf of myself and my student(s), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Tracy's Camp, their employees, officers, agent representatives, and volunteers of and from the claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
